We ship every business day so your order is on the way quickly! Orders over $50 in the USA ship FREE. Products typically arrive in just a few days but faster shipping methods are available at checkout for an additional charge for those who want it FAST.

What is the 30-day guarantee policy?

Return for a full refund any time within 30 days, down to the bottom of the bag.

How do I return the product?

Simply email us and let us know you’d like to return your tea if you don’t love it (very unusual), and we will issue a refund when you return the product. Buyer pays return shipping if shipping is required.

How does the subscription service work?

Save on every order with subscribe and save! Get a discount, choose your delivery frequency and never run out of product.
