  • Pesto 1 tsp
  • Handful of baby spinach
  • Large Eggs beaten 3
  • Black olives 1/2 Cup
  • Sliced Grape Tomatoes 1/2 Cup
  • Diced Ham Cubes 1/2 Cup
  • Feta Cheese Crumbled 2 tsps

METHOD

  • Preheat the oven to 350F. Drizzle a 6 x 16 x 3-inch Pyrex Deep baking dish with olive oil.

  • Add the spinach, eggs, black olives, sliced grape tomatoes, and diced ham into dish.

  • Sprinkle Feta cheese on top.

  • Stir gently so the ingredients are spread evenly throughout the baking dish.

  • Bake until golden brown and the center is solid and cooked through, about 45 minutes.

  • Enjoy!
