


Preheat the oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit.
Evenly distribute the frozen cauliflower rice in a casserole dish.
Layer the cooked shredded chicken on top of the cauliflower rice.
Sprinkle sliced black olives over the chicken.
Pour the green enchilada verde sauce over the entire mixture and spread it with a spoon.
Generously top with shredded cheese.
Bake in the oven at 350 degrees Fahrenheit for 20 minutes.
